Meet Our Team
Jessica Hill
Owner of Shear Impressions Salon
Hello! I have been immersed in the cosmetology community for much longer than I knew I even wanted to be apart of it. My mom was a barber, working in Little Rock until she opened the doors of Shear Impressions Salon in 1998. I spent most of my time in the salon, always hanging around and watching my mom work. I spoke with her clients every day and as the months and years went on, I grew relationships with them. I was asked all the time if I was going to go to cosmetology school and become a stylist. My response was always, “Absolutely not!” I had my heart set on going to nursing school. As I spent more time in the salon, I felt a calling to follow in my mother’s footsteps. I wanted to continue her legacy. I started cosmetology school in May of 2000. A majority of the things I learned in school were things that I had watched my mom do for years. Styling hair felt natural and right for me. I graduated from Hot Springs Beauty College in September of 2001. Since then, I have been with Shear Impressions. As for my personal life, you can always catch me reading a good book on my days off. I love going to the lake when I have the chance, especially when the weather is nice. I have two goats named Coco & Loco, and two dogs named Jaeger & Maverick. My favorite thing to do with my free time is spend it with my family. My husband, John, and my two boys, Travis & Andrew. My passion is making this salon a safe place for my clients and helping every person that I style believe in their own beauty.
Hello! I have been in the industry for 18 years. I studied at The Salon Professional Academy (A Redken Summit School). I am very educated in all things Redken, Matrix and JoiCo. My specialties include color and highlights. My favorite way to spend my time is being with my husband. I enjoy exercising and hanging out with my great friends. The ocean is my favorite place to be. Florida has wonderful beaches that I visit quite often. I am originally from Louisiana so I am a huge LSU sports fan. I have always been fascinated with hair. I love clothes and the fashion world, hair being such an integral part of someone’s signature look! I enjoy being a stylist every day. It's an extremely special and rewarding career.

I offer a wide range of services, including men’s & women’s haircuts, colors, perms, and facial waxing. When I’m not in the salon, I enjoy spending my time with family and friends. I love to travel, eat good food, and participate in all things outdoors. Hiking is my happy place. Thank you for reading and I can’t wait to meet you!

Elizabeth Estes
I am definitely a teen of the 80s! I love big hair and dark eyeliner! My career dream was to become a flight attendant and travel the world with the 80s hair bands. Fast forward many years later and I have been a RN for 20 years and an APRN for 8 but still listen to 80s hair bands on occasion. I love making women feel confident by enhancing their natural beauty with aesthetics. Done the right way, dermal fillers and neurotoxins such as Dysport are a safe and exceptionally effective way to achieve this goal.
